EEPM’s Site Supervision services provide clients with end-to-end oversight of their construction projects, assuring quality, safety, and adherence to specifications from the ground up. We begin each project by facilitating the site handover to contractors and overseeing the initial setup, ensuring that all essential facilities, such as base stores, workshops, and plumbing networks, are properly established. EEPM’s team evaluates and approves site layout plans, method statements, and technical submittals, all while monitoring the contractor’s adherence to the agreed-upon specifications.

On-site, our supervisors conduct routine inspections and quality checks to verify that materials, installations, and construction activities align with contract standards. We actively engage with contractors through regular meetings to address progress, discuss obstacles, and devise prompt solutions to any issues. Our team is authorized to issue field instructions, allowing us to swiftly address quality or compliance concerns. Additionally, we manage and review payment applications, ensuring that contractor invoices reflect completed work accurately and comply with contract terms.
